Minnie is the Founder of TLC Senior Connections which opened in March of 2019. Minnie has worked most of her career in Pharmaceutical and Respiratory product sales. Minnie found her true passion of helping seniors and adults finding the best and quality care tailored to their needs and preferences. Minnie has four children and Three grandchildren.

David is the Director of Operations for TLC Senior Connections before joining his wife Minnie in opening TLC and managing all of the operations, David worked in healthcare facility specializing in memory care, also healthcare healthcare construction sales. David as well has four children and one grandchild.
